Heavy Work

Our Heavy Work team is well experienced with jobs that need “hard work” like slewing bearing replacement, pivot pin and bearing replacement, wire sheaving changeout, hydraulic aggregate pumps/distribution gearbox replacement and overhaul, slewing gear replacement and backlash adjustment, jib replacement, crack repairs etc. In addition, we have crane engineer to offer the adjustment and tuning.

General Checkup

To perform inspection on the crane annually or adhoc basis depending on the customer requirement. A detail report with recommendation will be given to the customer for their maintenance and docking planning. This inspection will takes about 2 days depending on the crane availability.

Troubleshooting and Repairs

In the event of crane breakdown, we provide remote technical support to our clients who have subscribed to our Maintenance Agreement. We have a Team of Crane specialists, this enables us to deploy them in short notice. With our fast response time, we help our customer to minimise the crane downtime.

Modernisation

We offer study and solution to modernise the crane system like installing slip ring device, centralised greasing system for slewing bearing open teeth/ wire sheave/ pivot bearing/ slewing bearing inner, upsize of cooling system, upgrade wire sheave design, wire rope lubrication etc.

Docking Repairs

Our Heavy Work team besides performing all the Heavy Work services like slewing bearing replacement, winch replacement, wire sheaves replacement, electric motors servicing, PU1 & PU2 total refurbishment (MacGregor), Aggregate 1 & 2 total Refurbishment (LIEBHERR), hydraulic hose replacement, waterbag overload test etc. We have our project management team to oversee the progression of the repairs, provide prompt update to owners and provide detail updates of the development.
